Itinerary:

Day 1: Pick up from Muscat International Airport and transfer to Al Nahda Resort & Spa

Day 2 to Day 6: Abhyangam & Udvarthanam. 
Abhyangam: Abhyangam is an Ayurvedic way of oil massage with Marma therapy. Marma are vital points of the body which contain Prana energy. Gentle pressure on these points while doing massage provides Prana energy to the body and mind which gives ultimate healing. 

Udvarthanam: The whole body is gently massaged with medicated powders prepared with various herbs. This helps to reduce fat patches from the body known as cellulites, toning of the muscles, improves blood circulation and eases joint pains. Regular Udvartanam is good for not only cellulites but it helps to lose weight by increasing the basal metabolic rate.

Day 7 to Day 11:

Kizhi: Kizhi treatment is a therapy wherein heated herbs and medicinal oils are tied in cloth bags; and placed on the area to be treated. This is followed by specific massages, done using the fingers, heel of the hand or palm. The pressure application varies according to the nature of ailment and the spot.

Note

During these 5 days patient needs complete rest. We recommend the patient to be in the room after each day’s treatment.

Day 12: Complete rest

Day 13 to Day 15: Sarvangadhara

Sarvangadhara: It’s a process of continuous pouring of luke warm medicated oil or medicated solution all over the body to a specific duration.

Day 16:  Half day City Tour + visit to the  shopping mall

Day 17 : Departure after lunch

Terms & Conditions

  1. When the guest checks in he/she is bound to follow the Rules and Regulations of the resort.
      2.   Check-in Time : 1400 Hrs  / Check-out Time - 12 noon
     
      3.   a) Prior information necessary for extension of time.
            b) Early check-in possible only as per the availability of room.

      4.   After availing one postponement, no cancellation is permitted.

      5.  Cancellation Charges of reservation is as follows:

             a)  21-8 days in advance 25% cancellation charges will be levied.
             b)  03-7 days in advance 50% cancellation charges will be levied.
             c)  48 Hrs prior to arrival 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
