Spa cuisine is not just about dieting! It is simply giving
the option of a healthier choice which is neither boring or
tasteless. Having a healthier diet or better eating habits
doesn’t mean giving up your enjoyment of food. You can
be a healthy epicurean!
Whilst here we hope we can help you towards a better balanced
diet to help you feel more lively. Of course you may already
have a great diet so we will ensure that you can continue
that whilst you are here. We choose the best ingredients,
the most tender steaks, fresh local fish, great local fruit
and vegetables, all prepared daily under the guidance of our
executive chef .
Remember there is always a glass of wine and a piece of chocolate
cake available for those special treats. You can’t be
good all the time.
Diet & Detox - If you have chosen one of our detox or
weight management programmes then our resident experts will
guide you through your meal plan and activities. Unfortunately
detox is not suitable for everybody.
