In 2013, Mubarak al Dughaisi entered the door of a hotel in the hope of securing a job. At 18, he was slim and tall with stars in his eyes, a jaunt in his stride with nary a word of English that crossed his smiling lips. He is aware of the challenges he would face but that didn’t stop him from approaching one of the staff of Al Nahda Resort HR Department.
