Al Nahda Resort & Spa Announces Phased Renovation Project

Al Nahda Resort & Spa will undergo a phased renovation commencing on 1 May 2014 for a period of three months.

All 109 guest rooms will receive a makeover in a staged process, as well as general preventative maintenance and upkeep of public areas.

A limited number of rooms will be available for guests wishing to stay during this time, although some facilities and services will operate on a reduced level. Room and laundry services will be available for guests staying in the resort.

The food and beverage facilities will operate as normal and the resort’s new band will continue to provide live entertainment in the evenings in Waha Bar.

The gym will be open for resort guests and its existing outside members. The spa and swimming pool facilities will also be available.

The resort will commence full operations before the end of Ramadan and in time for the Eid Al Fitr holidays.

Mr. Krishna Suri, Resort Manager, said: “We are excited to be going through this renovation period as we make upgrades and developments to all areas of the resort. We will be running a limited operation during this time, but the resort essentially remains open.”
